We created the Trinamic Duo podcast as a platform to talk openly about all things swim, bike & run for women.  Real talk for women, by women.  I founded and co-host this podcast with my daughter, Sydney Lewis, an elite age-group and pro-development triathlete.  Our goal is to bring you real information you can use in your journey as it pertains specifically to you as a woman.
